I visited Minaya Ramen & Poke Bar with my family and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We all ordered ramen and none of us enjoyed it. The broth was completely flavorless and honestly tasted more like instant noodle soup than authentic ramen. The only part of the meal that was decent was the noodles. The restaurant itself is also extremely small with only two tables available if you want to dine inside. Even though we were eating at the restaurant the ramen was served in a plastic bowl instead of a proper ramen bowl. They also provided disposable utensils and only a tiny plastic teaspoon for the soup which made the whole experience feel cheap and inconvenient. Overall, we didn't enjoy the food or the dining experience and we won't be coming back.

10/10. We got poke bowls. The portions were very generous. I got a regular size and it was the perfect amount of everything. Food was super fresh and flavored perfectly. Also they offered 10% discount if you pay cash which is a nice deal. The boba milk teas were delicious and had cute cartoon monster faces on them- which made them a fun experience- reminded of my childhood lol brought back good memories. Anyways I highly recommend the poke bowls make you very full while still feeling super healthy and boba tea is amazing too- we’ll definitely be back thank you!

We just tried this place out tonight.looking for a last-minute dinner. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back! When I called to complain about the β€œdry soup”, the lady was so nice about explaining the secret compartment in the bottom of the soup bowl where the broth was. 😊

Poke outpost in the China Town takeout spot. It’s a dedicated section of the kitchen with all the poke fixings. You order by checking off the items you want on a paper menu, and then they quickly make your bowl. Fish was surprisingly fresh and the spicy tuna was especially good. Love that they have options including zucchini noodles, broccoli, and ginger dressing. Definitely a delicious addition to the takeout spot!
